“ Was Wondering if I need to choose Ramen or this Chinese Mian ,now I know I have great decision ,tasty and delicious, would come back whenever I miss it ”
“ I cant have enough of the spicy chicken gizzards noodle!!!!!! and the radish pickle is a must for my every visit!! Dumplings in red chili oil is also very good!!! Chinese donut soy bean milk is the perfect combination!!! ”
“ Went around 630pm on a Saturday but was seated very quickly. They have an interesting way of taking orders which you do by scanning a QR code on your table and ordering from your phone. It was a bit confusing to figure out how to pay but the servers were all kind and explained how it works. Food took about 15 minutes to arrive. The french fries were insanely good and a nice texture complement to the noodles. I got the mild noodles which were a perfect level of spice honestly I wouldnt even call it spice since its a tingling feeling rather than a burning heat. The flavor of the noodles was savory and unlike any other I had ever had, all in all really enjoyable. The egg was cooked really nicely too. I definitely plan to come back and try the braised pork noodles. ”
“ Really enjoyed the noodles and dumplings here. The right balance of noodle to meat to broth. All distinct flavorful. Not mushy at all. The portions were good. Not too little, not too much that food was wasted. We got medium spice for everything and it was fine. I saw a woman next to me sweating while eating it made me very curious about the jump to extra spicy. Its also for expert level chopstickage. Between the red sauces, the oil, the slipperiness of the dumplings, and the noodles, the danger of spraying everywhere, or worse yet, dropping something back into the sauce is very real. Im pretty good but my shirt looked like a scene from Dexter. Luckily it was dark grey, but still. Youve. Been. Warned. Would recommend strongly. ”
“ Overall a very good lunch, the spicy fungus cold appetizer was very flavorful not as spicy as we thought not that its a bad thing. We also ordered 2 spicy beef noodle soups. If you are really into spice id suggest the regular or extra. The mild was not that spicy ”
“ This 2021 Michelin star noodle spot is kind of tucked away in the corner of South Coast, but not to miss. I recommend the spicy beef noodle soup and the spicy wontons. Monday through Friday they have a 30 off noodles discount from 25pm so even more reason to try this place out. ”
